Tetras’ Modular design allows Stations to be swapped and replaced with little downtime. Stations come in three different configurations to accommodate different fluid supplies.

The wells currently come in 3 specific sizes to accommodate different needs, including PN10862 6mL, PN10868 40mL, and PN10871 60mL.

The wells currently come in 3 specific sizes to accommodate different needs, including PN10862 6mL, PN10868 40mL, and PN10871 60mL. In addition each well comes with a PN10857 Well Drain Tube.
Starter Pack: Cleavage Rack, Vial Rack & Vials
For your Convenience the Starter Pack bundles the Cleavage Rack, Vial Rack, and Vials together to ensure you have resources needed accommodate the cleavage process with the Tetras wells.
Cleavage Vials
PN12099, & PN12100
The two types of Vial Rack sizes are designed specifically to accommodate these vials. In order to ensure the proper fit, use the PN12099 50mL Vials for the Small Vial holder and the PN12100 250mL Vial for the Medium Vial holder.

The Cleavage Rack and Vial Rack are designed with the Tetras wells in mind. They can be used to accommodate each type of well with the purpose to assist you in the important next step in peptide creation.

Cap, Open Top

Used to screw onto station bottles when storing or using the bottle with an injection station.
6mL Reaction Well – Small
PN10862
Used during the process of synthesizing a peptide.
40mL Reaction Well – Medium
PN10868
Used during the process of synthesizing a peptide.
60ml Reaction Well – Large
PN10871
Used during the process of synthesizing a peptide.
Reaction Well Drain Tube
PN10857
Attaches to the well and is used to direct the waste when purging.
Septa
PN10943
Used to seal the bottle when storing and creates a seal when punctured by the needle injection station.
Injection Station Filter
PN10806
Used with the Upright Bottle Injection Station to prevent particulates from entering the supply tubing.
Injection Station Upright Bottle
PN10911
Uses tubing to extract the fluid from the supply bottle and can accommodate both the 250mL and 500mL bottle.
Injection Station Needles
PN10809
The needles inside the station puncture the septa. The supply is then fed to the station through the needles.
Injection Station – External
PN10790
An Injection Station External is a station that uses a fitting at the back of the station to supply fluid from a bulk container.

Used with the Small Vial Rack and will accommodate all well sizes.
Vial Rack – Small

Used with the Small Cleavage Rack and is able to hold the 50mL Vial.
